Customizing item navigation in Review grid
By default, in the Review item grid under the
and tabs, when you perform any of the mark actions (Pending, Questioned, Reviewed Irrelevant, or Reviewed Relevant) on an item, the selection automatically moves to the next item in the list. This can be seen through row highlighting. This may be inconvenient if you want to perform multiple actions on the same item.To address this, perform the following steps:
On the action menu bar, click
.Disable
toggle (default enabled).When the toggle is disabled, the item stays selected after a mark action, allowing additional actions without losing selection.
For checkbox-selected items, the item always remains selected, regardless of the toggle.
The toggle selection is saved and persists until the user modifies it again.
