  1. Outlook 2016 on Enterprise Vault supports MAPI over HTTP on Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Server 2019.
  2. When you run the script to enable the Enterprise Vault Office Mail App, if you get an error "GetExchangeActAsUserTokenHandler needs to be set to support X-RF cases", run the Get-App command and then run the script again. Microsoft has fixed this issue in CU2.
  3. Requires Enterprise Vault 14.2 or later.
