Boosting the number of women in leadership roles at Veritas is a key goal. That’s why we’ve asked the nonprofit Watermark to make monthly leadership development webinars available to help us achieve gender parity at all levels.

ERGs are grassroots, employee-led programs that support

and inclusion. Whatever your background, beliefs and
culture, there’s probably an ERG to help you build a
resource network and educate other employees.
