InfoScale Operations Manager services do not restart on SUSE host after reboot (15189)
This issue is applicable when License Management Service is installed on a host having a SUSE Linux operating system. This is applicable when License Management Service is installed as a standalone product and also when installed along with InfoScale Operations Manager.
If you reboot the host or perform the backup restore operation, then some services, such as Web Server Authentication service, SNMP trap service, Database service do not start.
Workaround:
If License Management Service is installed as a standalone product then start the services using the following command:
# /opt/VRTSlms/bin/lmssc - start
If License Management Service is installed along with InfoScale Operations Manager, then start the services using the following command:
# /opt/VRTSsfmcs/bin/vomsc - start
