Uploading the patches
Using the License Management Service console, you can upload the patches for Arctera InfoScale Operations Manager managed hosts or for the LMS. You need to download the patch from Download Center and then proceed with the upload task.
Ensure that the host has access to public internet and you have the Arctera account credentials.
To download a patch from the Arctera Download center
- Open any supported web browser and go to the Arctera Download center.
- Sign in with your Arctera account.
- Download required patches by selecting the product name and the version.
Extension of a patch file is
.sfa.
To upload a patch
- On the License Management Service console, click Software upgrades in the left pane, and click Uploaded patches tab.
- Click Upload patch or +Upload.
- Click Browse to locate the downloaded patch and upload the same.
- Click Activity monitor in the left pane to view the progress of the task.
Review the details of the patch in the table when the task is complete.
