About installing License Management Service
You can install License Management Service on any of the following hosts:
A Linux host
A Windows host
License Management Service can be installed as a standalone product or on a host that already has InfoScale Operations Manager.
Note the following:
Turn off the Windows firewall, or open ports 5634 and 14161 for TCP/IP communication if installing as a standalone product. Open 5634 and 14165 if installing along with InfoScale Operations Manager.
Minimum system requirements is 6 CPU cores and 4 GB RAM.
Ensure that the host name on a Windows host does not exceed 15 characters length.
After you install License Management Service, verify the installation, and then proceed with the configuration task.
