Removing the baseline package
Using the License Management Service console you can remove the baseline release also known as the General Availability (GA) release or the maintenance release packages from the list if the package is already installed on relevant hosts and is no longer required.
To remove the baseline package
- On the License Management Service console, click Software upgrades in the left pane, and click Baseline packages tab.
- Click the actions menu (three vertical dots) in the same row of the package, and click Remove.
If there are on-going package installation operations on any hosts, a message is displayed. You can continue to remove the package or cancel the operation.
- Click Activity monitor in the left pane to view the progress of the task.
