About legacy data

Your organization can import legacy data that includes the messages you sent and received before your Arctera Insight Archiving account was created. Arctera Insight Archiving supports the import of legacy data that includes the following email message formats:

  • .PST

  • .EML

  • .MSG

  • .NSF

If your legacy data includes .PST files, Insight Personal Archive can display the folder structure from those files. You can view the folder structure from imported .PST files in the Folders tab in the left pane of Insight Personal Archive.
