Alerting

This release provides the following alerting enhancements.

  • SNMP v3 Support for Alert Notifications - Support for SNMP v3 is now offered as an option for Alert Notification delivery methods. SNMP v2 is still available, but V3 provides additional security. (SC-17128, SCP 645)

  • Syslog Support for Alert Notification - Support for Syslog is now offered as an option for Alert Notification delivery methods. (SC-18146)
