TL8 robot test example for Windows
To exercise the TL8 robot c2t3l0 that the NDMP host stripes controls, use the following test and commands on Windows:

The drive must be down before you perform this test, or avrd may interfere.
install_path\Volmgr\bin\tl8test -r stripes:c2t3l0 -d1 stripes:/dev/RMT/0cbn
At the prompt, enter ? for help information.
inquiry (Displays the vendor ID and product ID. If you get a UNIT ATTENTION message, try the mode command and then continue your testing.)
s s (Checks slot status.)
s d (Checks drive status.)
m s3 d1 (Moves a tape from slot 3 to drive 1.)
m d1 s3 (Moves the tape back to slot 3.)
