Data Collects
The DataCollects tab on the appliance Support page lets eligible users view recent Data Collect information for an appliance and request a new Data Collect log collection from the portal.
The tab is available only when your team role includes the required permission to view Data Collect information for the appliance. If you do not have access, the tab is not shown.
For clustered appliances, the page provides a summary view of Data Collect coverage and a per-node view of Data Collect records. The page also shows appliance connectivity and support details that are used to determine whether a new request can be submitted.
The per-node health status uses the following indicators:
All Okay: At least one Data Collect exists in the last 4 days.
Error: More than 6 Data Collects exist in the last 4 days.
Critical: No Data Collect exists in the last 4 days.
Unknown: No Data Collect information is available.
Note:
