Tracking triggered Data Collect tasks
After you submit a request, the portal displays a notification that indicates whether the request succeeded, partially succeeded, or failed. The notification provides a View Task option that opens the related task entry.
Use the following pages to track the request:
Activity Monitor for step-level progress of the request lifecycle.
Application Tasks for the task summary and follow-up activity, including DC Upload to MFT when applicable.
The last trigger details on the status panel also include the request status and timestamp. Selecting the status opens the related entry in Activity Monitor.
