Grant Security Admin privilege
You must be Security Admin for the team.
At least one additional Security Admin must exists to review the request.
The team must not have an active pending secure quorum request, otherwise this action may be blocked.
The team must not exceed the maximum limit of five Security Admin users.
Steps
- Go to Team Management.
- Select the required team.
- In the members list, locate the user.
- Edit the user role or select Security Admin privileges.
- Click Submit.
If the request is approved, the user is granted Security Admin privileges.
If the request is rejected, the user retains their existing role.
If the request expires, no changes are applied and a new request must be created.
If a secure quorum request is already active for the team, this action may be blocked.
If OTP verification is required, you must complete the verification to submit the request.
If the operation exceeds the allowed number of Security Admin users, the system rejects the request.
