Troubleshooting common issues / limitations

If anomaly visuals do not appear
  • Confirm that Anomaly Detection is enabled.

  • Confirm that at least one node and at least one performance metric are selected.

  • Confirm that the chart shows raw data for the selected metric in the current time window.

  • Expand the time window and check again.

If the page shows No data available for any metric or similar no-data messages
  • Confirm the selected time window.

  • Widen the time range.

  • Reduce the selection to a single node and a single metric to isolate the issue.

If the page shows Could not fetch data
  • Refresh the page and try again.

  • Check whether other Monitoring views load successfully.

  • If the problem persists, collect the time of the issue and contact Support. (Recommendation for support handoff; not a direct product behavior claim.)

Depending on your access level, tool tips can show node identifiers without host names.
