Secure Quorum request behavior and limitations
When you submit a secure quorum change, the system creates a request in Pending Approval state.
The request must be reviewed by another Security Admin.
A request can be approved, rejected, cancelled, or expired.
Changes are applied only after approval.
Only one active secure quorum request is allowed per team.
If a request is already in progress, you cannot submit another request for:
Security Admin changes
Secure quorum configuration changes
If a configuration change request is active and you attempt another operation, the system may:
block the action, or
notify you that continuing will cancel the existing request
Each request has a defined expiration time.
If the request is not reviewed within this time:
The request expires
No changes are applied
To proceed, you must submit a new request.
A team must have at least two Security Admin users when secure quorum is enabled.
A team can have a maximum of five Security Admin users.
Any operation that violates these limits may be blocked.
The requestor cannot approve their own request.
Only another Security Admin for the team can approve or reject the request.
Some secure quorum operations require OTP verification.
You must complete verification to successfully submit the request.
