Creating a backup policy

Use the following procedure to create a backup policy.

To create a policy

  1. In NetBackup web UI, select Protections > Policies.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the policy name.
  4. Configure the attributes, the schedules, the clients, and the backup selections for the new policy.
