Methods for downloading appliance software release updates

NetBackup appliance software release updates are available from the Veritas support website. Appliance software and client packages can be downloaded through the NetBackup Virtual Appliance Shell Menu or manually through a share. Updates must first be downloaded onto the appliance before you can initiate an upgrade.
