About instance actions
The Actions menu contains several operations that you can perform on the instances in the repository. Another way to perform these actions is to highlight the desired instance or instance group, then right-click and select the operation from the shortcut menu.

Clean up instances | This option lets you configure NetBackup to automatically clear orphaned instances from instance management. Orphaned instances are the databases that were discovered at one time but were never registered. To enable instance cleanup, select .
