On Linux based systems, the portal upgrade may occasionally fail with following error. [sqlexec] ORA-12541: TNS:no listener As a work around, re-start the Oracle service manually using /opt/aptare/bin/oracle start command and then retry the portal upgrade. |

The uninstaller fails to uninstall the NetBackup IT Analytics Portal on Windows with non-English locale systems. Work around: Download and mount the Installer ISO and run the uninstaller. |

Session timeout notification may not appear when it should. This can result in a message stating "unknown error". Workaround: Refresh your browser to resolve this issue. |

In high-volume NetBackup backup servers, if data collection goes offline and the data collector has a large backlog of jobs to catch up on, the initial processing of those jobs prior to sending to the portal can take a long time. If the time to persist the jobs takes more than six hours, the transaction may timeout. |
