On Linux based systems, the portal upgrade may occasionally fail with following error. [sqlexec] ORA-12541: TNS:no listener As a work around, re-start the Oracle service manually using /opt/aptare/bin/oracle start command and then retry the portal upgrade. |

If the time to persist the jobs takes more than six hours, the transaction may timeout. |
