Microsoft Azure policy enhancement

The Microsoft Azure Data Collector policy is enhanced with Subscription Details field. Click Get Subscriptions and NetBackup IT Analytics displays the Subscription list.

User will have to manually update the list by clicking Get Subscriptions button, in case a subscription gets added or deleted.
