Deploy Data Collector Docker images into native Kubernetes cluster

For high availability of the Data Collector, deploy the Data Collector Docker images into your Kubernetes cluster. The installer now includes the necessary images, configurations, and script files to make Kubernetes deployment fast and easy. The deployment, however, does not support horizontal scaling.
