Ransomware scorecard enhancement for RTO COMPLIANCE (Patch 1)
The Ransomware Scorecard has a new data item for Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) Compliance. The following is the new question component.
What percentage of your clients exceed your recovery time?
Navigate to Reports >> Ransomware >> Double click Ransomware Scorecard option or select Ransomware Scorecard option and then click Run.
Specify the required parameters in the Ransomware Scorecard Scope Selector dialog box and then click Generate.
Ransomware Scorecard page is displayed.
The percentage of clients that might take more than 48 hours to recover is displayed under the Result column. The details are available in the drill-down RTO Compliance Details report. Click the value displayed against the question in the Result column to view the information.
Note:
By default, the number of hours is parameterized to 48 hours. This value can be customized in System Configuration >> Ransomware tab. The new value should not be less than 48.
The scores are determined based on the percentage of clients taking more than the specified value in System Configuration to recover.
The following are the criteria to determine the scores:
0 - 5 % Clients: Lowest
5 - 20 % Clients: Low
20 - 60 % Clients: Middle
60 - 80 % Clients: High
80 - 100 % Clients: Highest
