After migrating to Office 365 as part of a wider mandate to adopt a higher volume of managed and cloud services, Sensata began looking for a SaaS-based
archiving solution to help store, protect and manage its new Office 365 email content. The company wanted a platform that would give it near-unlimited storage resources for archiving and could quickly ingest legacy mail and accommodate future email platform integrations. Critical capabilities for the new solution included email journaling and eDiscovery, which the native Office 365 archiving did not satisfy.

It has helped Sensata reduce the costs associated with its archiving capabilities by about $130,000 annually; improve the efficiency of its archiving and eDiscovery processes; and increase the productivity of the company's Global Privacy and Security office as well as the end users it serves.
