Bulk load of Subscription Attributes using csv file

Load subscription attributes and values utility has been introduced to facilitate adding subscription attributes and their respective values in the IT Analytics reports. The utility allows you to assigning attributes and values to large number of subscriptions and align the values in IT Analytics reports correctly against the respective port identity.
