Systems Administration reports are designed to include error and performance data at a system level across all domains. In a multi-domain environment, if access is granted to any of these reports to users at a lower level domain, any report which includes system-wide data may expose information related to domains to which the users do not have access. As a best practice and to avoid this issue, privileges for the System Administration reports must be granted only to top-level Systems Administrators and not to users in sub-domains. If non-systems administrators have been granted privileges to these reports, remove such privileges so that only top-level Systems Administrators can see and run them. |

The on-demand backup jobs triggered using Run Now functionality (identified as BACKUPNOW jobs) from the portal remain in the NetBackup database for nearly 8 hours. The backup policies probe of Veritas NetBackup collector may not collect these jobs if its schedule is every 8 hours or higher. |
