License entitlement at domain level

NetBackup IT Analytics now supports license entitlement at the domain level. You can now create a domain and assign a license to it at the same time. The privileges of users/user groups and hosts associated with the domain are governed by the entitlements of the domain license. A new field License entitlement has been introduced for this enhancement.
