The Customer & Partner Engagement Program (CPEP) provides unique opportunities of engagement for our customers and partners to engage with our teams during the development phase of upcoming product releases.
Connect with our Product Managers, Engineering teams and our customer research group to share product experience, discuss critical requirements and product use cases, and have a seat at the table to participate in product roadmap discussions.
Product/Feature Demos, 1:1 Q&A sessions, Usability studies, Sprint demos, Early Adopter BETA testers, online surveys, research interviews, and more.
There is no obligation to participate in available interactions, participate in any interaction that appeals to you. Each interaction you participate in is recorded in your program profile and converted into points. Once a quarter, all completed interactions are converted from points into rewards!
If you are involved in one of the Veritas products, from a hands-on user to a decision-maker – you will benefit from being a member of this program! Our interactions are tailored to interests/roles and responsibilities!
All CPEP communications are handled via email with registered participants, with detailed information about the interaction, expected length of time to complete participation, and are specific to a product or feature you selected to be informed of during registration.
