About working with search results
You can choose various options to restore, open, download, move, or delete items. To access these options, right-click an item in the results pane, or select the item and then click the Actions button.
You can also perform some of these actions, such as copy and move, using the reading pane toolbar.
Limited options may be available if you have performed a search on multiple archives of different types. For example, this may be the case if the search results contain items from both Exchange archives and File System archives.
The Enterprise Vault administrator sets the permissions that let you access the options described here. You may find that some of the options are not available.
