Repeating a previous action using the recent list
Enterprise Vault Search remembers the items, folders, and searches that you have run. You can quickly access them again by choosing them from the recent list. You can sort the items in the recent list, for example, to arrange them by type or date. To do this, click the header of the column by which to sort the items.
You can clear the recent list by deleting the cached data of your browser. If you run Enterprise Vault Search on different devices, the recent lists vary based on the actions that you perform on each device.
The following icons appear against items in the recent list:
Represents the recent Exchange mail items that you accessed.
Represents the recent Domino mail items that you accessed.
Represents item types other than mail that you accessed.
Represents the recent folders that you accessed.
Represents the recent simple or advanced searches you ran. |
Note:
The reading pane remains blank until you select an item.
