Bulk load of Port Attributes using csv file

Load port attributes and values utility has been introduced to facilitate adding port attributes and their respective values in the IT Analytics reports. The utility allows you to assigning attributes and values to large number of ports and align the values in IT Analytics reports correctly against the respective port identity.
