Brocade Switch Data Collector Policy enhanced to receive SNMP traps

The REST API collection method of Brocade Switch is enhanced to receive SNMP traps. Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is an Internet Standard protocol for collecting and organizing information about managed devices on IP networks.
