NetApp Cluster-Mode Data Collector Policy enhancement

NetApp Cluster-Mode policy is enhanced to collect replication information. Note that at least one collection from this array must be performed before the array replication data can be collected.

Also, Test Connection feature is now available for NetApp Cluster-Mode policies to validate the connectivity to the arrays.
