Advanced settings: SMTP tab

The SMTP tab of the Lync Connector advanced settings contains the following settings:

Maximum concurrent sends

This setting determines the maximum number of transcript emails that Lync Connector forwards concurrently to the SMTP server.

The default value is 4 concurrent sends, which should be suitable for most configurations.

Maximum email size (MB)

This setting determines the maximum size of transcript emails that Lync Connector forwards to Enterprise Vault.cloud. Emails that exceed this size are placed in the excluded subfolder.

The default value is 75 MB, which should be suitable for most configurations.

Maximum send rate (per minute)

This setting determines the maximum rate at which Lync Connector forwards transcript emails to the SMTP server.

The default value is 10,000 per minute, which should be suitable for most configurations.

Log SMTP sessions

This setting determines whether Lync Connector logs SMTP sessions.

By default the SMTP sessions are not logged.
