  1. MSRP per user, per month for a 12-month contract commitment. 
  2. All offerings include: unlimited storage, unlimited retention, 24x7 support, Administration console.
  3. A user is defined as the following:

    • Exchange: a user is an active individual or shared mailbox
    • OneDrive: a user is aligned to their mailbox
    • SharePoint: user that is under their organisation’s O365 tenant subscription and provisioned for SharePoint.  Guest users are not counted.
    • G-suite: user is an active individual or shared mailbox
    • Salesforce: a user that is under their organisation’s Salesforce subscription
  4. SharePoint and Google Sites user count must be equivalent or less than the mailbox count.  If it is more, then the customer is under-licensed and must purchase the additional licences to remain compliant.
  5. Offerings are subscription based only.
  6. Annually, quarterly and monthly billing options are available.
  7. Auto-renew and opt-out of auto-renew options are available.
