Downloading data

You can use the following procedure to download your data and the data that is shared with you using the End-User portal.

Note:

You can only download one file at a time. You cannot download folders.

To download item

  1. Open a web browser and access the End-User portal.
  2. On the left, either click My Content (To download your data) or click Shared > Shared with me (To download the data is shared with you).
  3. Click the Stor that holds your data.

    All the items in the Stor are displayed on the page.

  4. Browse for the required item.
  5. Select checkbox of the item that needs to be downloaded.
  6. Click Download.

    The selected item is downloaded on the local computer.

If an extension is missing for an Exchange file after download, add the '.eml' extension before opening the downloaded file.
