Editing application-specific allowlist rules

To edit an application-specific allowlist rule

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Application.
  2. Select an active allowlist rule you want to deactivate, and click the Edit allowlist icon.

    The Edit allowlist dialog box appears.

    Note:

    You cannot change the words or phrases mentioned in the rule.

  3. Modify the options to which to apply the allowlist rule: Inbound, Outbound, or IM (Instant Messages).
  4. Modify the allowlist rule status to activate or deactivate
  5. Click OK.
