Change Database Access options

Use the following options to grant access or revoke database access for a user name account.

Item

Description

Backup Exec

Displays the name of the Backup Exec server.

User name

Indicates the user name account to which you want to revoke access or grant access.

Domain

Indicates the name of the domain where the user name account is registered.

To use a local account, you must enter the local computer name in the domain field. Backup Exec Utility uses the local computer name if you leave the field blank.

Grant access

Grants database access to the specified user name account.

Revoke access

Revokes database access to the specified user name account.
