Saving an advanced search
If you run the same advanced search query often, you can save it to rerun later. For example, you could save a search for items from a specific sender, with a document as an attachment, received in the last three months.
You can rename, edit, and delete saved searches.
To save an advanced search
- Enter the search criteria in the advanced search fields.
- Click Save.
Enterprise Vault Search prompts you to enter a name for the saved search.
- Accept the suggested name or enter a new name for the search and click Save. The name can contain up to 255 characters.
The saved search appears in the favorites list in the sidebar.
You can reorder the entries in the favorites list by dragging and dropping them or by right-clicking and selecting Move Up or Move Down in the drop-down menu.
