About the reading pane toolbar
When you view an item, you can perform some of the actions available on the button using the reading pane toolbar. The toolbar is located at the top of the reading pane. The buttons that are visible depend on the item type and how your administrator has set up Enterprise Vault Search.
The following actions are available in the reading pane toolbar:
 | . Downloads the item that is displayed in the reading pane. |
 | . Moves emails to a different folder or archive of your choice, and other items to their original location. |
 | . Copies emails to the Restored Items folder of the mailbox, and other items to their original location. |
 | . Deletes the item that is displayed in the reading pane. |
| . Hides the item header details. |
 | . Shows the item header details. |
 | . Shows the buttons that may be hidden from view. |
