10.6.00 P1 patch release notes

The 10.6.00 P1 release includes all patch fixes up to and including 10.5.00 P8. The following changes are included in this release.

Backup Manager Enhancement and Resolved Issues

SC-32755

Addresses the need to restrict the roles that are associated with Azure application required for successful Microsoft Azure data collection. The only roles that are required to be associated are "Reader" role and a "Custom" role with action "Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/listkeys/action". User can choose to assign these roles if the privileges available through the "Contributor" role do not comply with the organizational policy. Refer Create a Principal and Assign Role to the Application section in APTARE IT Analytics Data Collector Installation Guide for the Cloud to understand procedure to create a custom role.

Resolves an issue of Storage paths which was not getting created due to missing array ports for Hitachi Vantara All-Flash and Hybrid Flash Storage. This issue was observed only when same set of arrays have been previously collected using Hitachi Block Storage Policy. For these common arrays, array ports and storage paths collected from Hitachi Block Storage Policy will be deleted and re-linked with the Hitachi Vantara All-Flash and Hybrid Flash Storage.
