Out-of-the-Box dashboards
Three new OOB Dashboards are introduced:
Ransomware Risk Assessment Dashboard
Alert Dashboard
Storage Optimization Dashboard
The new dashboards are available by default to the Admin and Super User. An Administrator user can enable access to end users by tweaking the user privileges. However, to be able to view all the dashboard reports, the end user must also have access permissions to the constituent reports displayed on the dasboard.
The dashboards are accessible from the tab as follows:
Alerts > Alert Dashboard
Solutions > Risk Mitigation >
Solutions > Storage Optimization >
You can also access them from the Inventory, provided the dashboard is configured to appear in the inventory.
Apart from saving the effort of building a new dashboard, these dashboards provide the following benefits:
Ransomware Risk Assessment Dashboard
Highlights the risk of under-protected assets which if exposed to a ransomware threat may get compromised.
Highlights any presence of files with well-known ransomware extensions across your environment
Contains multiple reports to highlight and visualize the risk in your environment
Alert Dashboard
Provides an overview of current and historical alert conditions.
Provides a more detailed drilldown view that enables you to actively manage the alerts.
Storage Optimization Dashboard
Helps you to maintain an efficient storage use.
Provides trends of storage usage.
You must use the > menu and create a copy to save any customization made to these dashboards.
See the APTARE IT Analytics Report Reference Guide for additional information on these dashboards.
