End-of-Life (EOL)

Starting with the next release of APTARE IT Analytics, support is discontinued for the following features, functionality, and OS platforms and database:

The following reports are now obsolete and have been removed from APTARE IT Analytics:

  • Capacity Planning - Array

  • Capacity Planning - Host and Media Forecasting Dashboard

Any saved instances of these reports will be deleted when the Portal is upgraded to version 10.00 and later.

  • OpenLDAP bundled with previous APTARE IT Analytics versions is no longer supported. (SC-20468)

  • CENTOS 6 is no longer supported.

  • RedHat 6 is no longer supported.

  • Windows 2012 is no longer supported.

  • SUSE 11 is no longer supported for Portal or Data Collector servers.

  • Veeam 9.5 is no longer supported.

Following Hitachi reports would no longer be populated for arrays collected using new policy for Hitachi Vantara All-Flash and Hybrid Flash Storage. For arrays configured via Hitachi Block Storage policy would continue to show data in these reports.

Chargeback report: Some of the Policy Types, such as Is HDT , HDS Replication, HDS True Copy Vol, HDS Univ Replica Vol, HDS Shadow Image Vol, HDS Quick Shadow Vol, will not be applicable for Hitachi Vantara All-Flash and Hybrid Flash Storage policies. For arrays which continue to use Hitachi Block Storage policy (collection using Hitachi Device Manager), these Policy Types would continue to work as expected.
