SC-28907

Resolves an issue which prevents users from accessing files not related to data collection.

SC-32447

Resolves an issue in the Host Overview Report (File System Utilization Overtime section) where the mouse over values were not matching the legend.

SC-31107

Resolves an issue in the framework where percentage bar in reports were not being displayed correctly in emails.

Resolves an issue in the framework so that RTDs are displayed in inventory as soon as it is added and inventory is refreshed. Previously a portal restart was required to see the newly added RTD.
