Viewing the Office 365 Sync summary and reports
On the Office 365 Config page, you can view or export a summary table of Office 365 synchronization events. You can also view or export a report that contains details of an individual synchronization event in the summary table.
To view the Office 365 Sync summary table
- In the left navigation pane of Archive Administration, under My Config, click Office 365 Config.
Note:
The Office 365 Config page is displayed only if you chose Microsoft Office 365 as a provisioning option on the User Management page.
- On the Office 365 Config page, the right pane displays a Report summary table that lists the details of the Office 365 Sync synchronization events.
Note:
The report table appears only after the first Office 365 Sync synchronization has occurred.
- If required, click Export to export the summary details to a Microsoft Excel file.
- To refresh the content of the report table, click Report or the refresh symbol, at the top left of the right pane.
To view the report for a synchronization event
- In the left navigation pane of Archive Administration, under My Config, click Office 365 Config.
Note:
The Office 365 Config page is displayed only if you chose Microsoft Office 365 as a provisioning option on the User Management page.
- On the Office 365 Config page, the right pane displays a Report summary table that lists the details of the Office 365 Sync synchronization events.
Note:
The report table appears only after the first Office 365 Sync synchronization has occurred.
- To view the report for a specific synchronization event, click View in the rightmost column of the appropriate row of the table.
The report displays in a new Report window.
- To filter the displayed information in the report, choose the required options under Report Type and Object Type.
- If required, select an export format in the Select a format field and click Export to export the report details to a file.
