Conditions that cause the removal of all delegate access to an archive account
Under some conditions Enterprise Vault.cloud removes all delegate access to an Office 365 mailbox archive account, to prevent any risk of unauthorized access.
Enterprise Vault.cloud removes all delegate access to a mailbox if either of the following conditions occurs:
If Office 365 Sync stops targeting the mailbox, for example as a result of a change to the Office 365 Sync provisioning settings.
Or if a user has a deny access delegation permission on the mailbox, and that user does not already have an archive account.
