Explanation: The Hardware Security Module configuration or update failed in NetBackup.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Ensure that all input parameters are valid when configuring HSM.
Confirm that the service user has access to the token directory and the PKCS#11 library.
Confirm HSM is installed, the key is created, and you can log on to HSM.
Ensure that the correct PKCS#11 library is in use, the HSM key is valid, and the right HSM token is in use.
Verify that the configuration uses supported key algorithms.
Review the logs at
install_path/netbackup/logs/nbhsmcmd
for debug information.
