Viewing tags in collaboration message
Veritas Advanced Supervision provides the option to highlight classification tags that are applied to the searched item. Tags are highlighted only if the items are applied with at least one tag. The item can have multiple tags applied to it. You can hover over the highlighted content to see the tags applied to it. If the collaboration message contains the hotwords and tagged instances, the hotwords are highlighted in yellow color and the tags are highlighted in green color.
To enable classification hit highlighting, make the following site-level changes in your Enterprise Vault environment.
Prerequisite
To enable classification hit highlighting, make the following site-level changes in your Enterprise Vault environment:
- Open the Enterprise Vault Administration Console and from the navigation pane on the left, right-click the Enterprise Vault site and then click Properties.
- In the Site Properties dialog box, click Advanced.
- On the Advanced tab, modify the Retrieve classification policy match information setting and change it's value to ON.
- Click OK to save the changes.
