Signing in to Veritas Advanced Supervision
To sign in to Veritas Advanced Supervision
- Enter the Veritas Advanced Supervision URL in the internet browser. For the best viewing experience, use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Note:
Whenever a new version of the Veritas Advanced Supervision application is available, the application displays the following alert.
"A new version of this app is available. It is recommended to close all open tabs and reopen application for better experience. Click OK to refresh."
Veritas recommends you to click OK and close all the open browser tabs. Open the application again. In case you do not perform this action, the application page gets refreshed automatically and opens the latest version of the application.

- Enter your user name and password in the authentication screen.
- Click Sign In.
- Select the required instance, and then click Continue.
Select the instance (customer database) that you want to access. Click the down arrow at the right of the box to see the available instances. Each instance stores the details of a set of departments that you want to review. It also stores the associated user roles, search results, research folders, and more. Therefore, you may have multiple instances from which to choose.
After successful authentication, the Veritas Advanced Supervision dashboard appears.
