New option (reinitialize) added to the csconfig command utility

When you make any updates to the cloud storage configuration settings, a service restart is required for the changes to take effect. For NetBackup 8.2 and later releases, you have to restart the NetBackup Web Management Console (nbwmc) web service. For releases before NetBackup 8.2, you have to restart the NetBackup CloudStore Service Container (nbcssc) service. To avoid a service restart, NetBackup 8.2 introduces a new option (reinitialize) for the csconfig command utility. The csconfig reinitialize option reinitializes the CloudStore service container components in the nbwmc web service. This command reloads the updated configuration settings automatically and a service restart is no longer required.
