Charlie is a Senior Research Manager at Vanson Bourne - an independent market research agency specialising in the technology sector. Charlie is responsible for guiding clients through the research process from initial consulting and questionnaire design through to in-depth data analysis and presentation of findings. Since joining Vanson Bourne in 2014, Charlie has managed research for clients including Avanade, Dell, IBM and VMware.

Matthew Banks
Technology Sales Manager Strategic Accounts, UK & Ireland

Matt is responsible for the technical strategy, presales and services for the largest customers in the UK and Ireland. He heads a team of highly experienced technical account managers, working with customers as subject matter experts to solve complicated information management challenges.

Matt and his team partner with organisations to help them accelerate their digital transformation, solve pressing IT problems and meet business requirements, using new ways to manage data complexity, across both the cloud and on-premises.

Matt has worked for over 22 years in various presales, consulting and management roles including managing & leading the technical side of the business for an IT Consulting firm in his home city of Oxford. Matt lives in Oxfordshire, England with his wife and daughter, Vietnamese pot-bellied pygmy pig, Chinchilla & Royal Python. His hobbies include craft beers, gardening, fitness, eating and fast cars
